Does it cost money to use these sites?

No. All the GPT sites I list are 100% free to join. They may have some trial offers that require you to pay shipping / processing fees. However, you always have a choice over which offers you do and can easily earn plenty of money without doing any paid offers. Some sites will give you money back on many of your online purchases too, but this is strictly optional.

How much money can I earn doing this? It really depends on how much time & effort you put into it and also what types of offers you're willing to do. Trial offers generally pay more than freebie offers, but some people may be unwilling or unable to do them. If you become proficient at getting referrals the sky is the limit. You won't get rich, but can definitely earn a decent amount of money for your time.
