Opinion Outpost

Opinion Outpost is easily my favorite survey panel. They have relatively frequent surveys that pay well (anything from $1 to $10 each, depending on the length of the survey). The minimum payout is only $5 (you may choose to be paid by a check in the mail or by Amazon gift certificate). Also, in the event you don't qualify for a particular survey, you have the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes drawing or give a small donation to charity.
